A Full Year of Tribe Builders: Stories, Struggles & Hell Yes Moments

A full year. 52 friggin weeks. I am seriously so pleased.

I made a decision the winter of 2024 that I was no longer going to TALK about having a podcast and was going to do it.

This past year has been really cool. Tested my resilience on weeks where I had no guests and little idea of what to talk about on a solo episode. Brought me so much excitement to get to spend an hour with lots of great people in my network. Taught me lessons I have still not gotten down completely with how to get these episodes out to more people. Guests shared lots of wisdom with me. Lots of stories. Lots of self limiting beliefs. I can’t begin to explain how lucky I feel that so many people said yes and shared time with me the past year.

I guess most podcasts don’t make it past 3 episodes. And of those 90% of them quit after 20 episodes. I made a decision and the majority of the time that switch gets flipped inside me and there is no going back.

I am excited for year two. Excited to see where it goes. The people I will get to talk to and meet. The pivots I am sure I will make. The snippets of gold I will get to hear first hand.

Thanks for reading the stuff I write. Thanks for supporting me by listening and telling me you’re listening.

Hell. Yes.
