57: Friendship in the Age of Polarization

Reflections on Friendship, Politics & Growing Up
This episode is different. No teaching, no tactics—just me, talking through something I’ve been sitting with. I'm reflecting on what it means to grow older and navigate friendships that don’t quite align the way they used to—especially in today’s political climate. Social media algorithms, evolving beliefs, and the weirdness of adulthood all play a part. Can we still hold space for each other, even when we don’t see eye to eye? I don’t have answers, but I do have thoughts. If you’ve been feeling this too, come sit with me.
