58: Lost, Tired, and Leading Anyway
In this raw and honest solo episode, I share what it feels like to be the one calling the shots—but feeling completely lost. I talk about the weight of being the leader, the decider, the one who is “supposed to” have it all together, even when clarity is nowhere in sight. I even considered selling everything and starting over in a ski town—because sometimes, the dream feels too heavy to carry.
I also share a story about a dear friend who’s been stuck in her own version of this heaviness, carrying something so quietly and for so long that she forgot how much it’s affecting every part of her life. I challenged her to put a date on her suffering, to outline the best and worst case scenarios, and decide: stay or walk away. This episode is an invitation to all of us to stop dragging the indecision around and face what’s weighing us down.
